This hotel is a perfect place to stay for those who want to experience luxury at its finest. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. the room was spacious, clean, and came with exclusive amenities such as high-end toiletries, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine to enjoy a cup of hot coffee. the private facilities were impressive, featuring a modern and elegant bathroom. the central location is unbeatable, allowing easy access to the most popular attractions and restaurants in the city.

There was only one minor issue which was the absence of a snack bar in the hotel. this was not a big problem as there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.

The staff found my lost jewel, leaving a lasting impression. With free Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, a cozy bar, and more, it suits me perfectly. The amenities like air conditioning and a business centre keep me coming back. I'm looking forward to spending Christmas here.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: Love the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions and shopping areas. Walking distance to SoHo, Buckingham, Leicester Square, China Town, and more. The hotel staff were helpful with maps and offered great customer service. They even provided a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco and were willing to assist with early check-in and holding luggage.

Worst aspects of my Christmas stay: The room was disappointingly small, but I suppose that's expected in such a central area. The noise level was quite high, considering it's central London and the building seemed to offer little soundproofing.

The rooms at The Piccadilly London West End are like a dream! The mood lighting and luxury bathroom made me feel so pampered. I loved the free toiletries and fluffy bathrobes - it's like they thought of everything. As a traveler who appreciates comfort, this place ticked all the boxes for me.

The only thing that didn't quite match my style was the satellite TV, but I know others might enjoy it.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat and it's easy to see why it's popular with business travelers. The relaxed atmosphere, intimate feel, and personal touches made our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the staff, particularly Daniela and Bianca, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and scanning needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our birthday treat - right in the centre of the theatre district. We enjoyed dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby before the show. The room was clean and comfortable with all essential amenities available. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The noise from the street outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The unique Polynesian spa ritual was an exotic experience, transporting me to the heart of the Pacific Ocean. It was like being whisked away on a rejuvenating journey to a remote island paradise, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and revitalized.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and the staff were friendly and helpful. highly recommended.

Lovely welcoming staff, offered a chilled glass of fizz. Room decorated with balloons and rose petals for birthday. Excellent central location. Good size room with everything needed. Complimentary glass of Prosecco while waiting for room. Exceptional full English breakfast. Staff treated us with dignity and respect.

We had a fantastic time exploring London with our family whilst staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as we were able to visit iconic places like Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square at fantastic rates, giving us the best possible experience. Plus, the hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable.

My wife says that the breakfast room temperature could have been a bit warmer for families with children.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was cute and accommodating. We were given an upgrade upon arrival and treated with a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Our room was immaculate and well-equipped with amenities such as dressing gowns, and slippers. The location was ideal, with easy access to many theaters and the nearest metro stations. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available.
